The local bookstore handed me a box of old magazines, knowing I’m a crafty cat. I knew exactly what to do: Make NOTE CARDS!
You may or may not know I recently partnered with Chronicle Books to create a series of note cards and note books of sexy breads and cheese.
So note cards are my jam.
Get them at Chronicle’s website or wherever you buy books and stationery. If they don’t have them you can order them. Did you know this?!?! It’s TRUE!!!! Just ask!

Back once again to the crochet note cards.
You know I would never actually make the crochet things they have on offer. Textile crafts aren’t my jam. I don’t like the feel of fabric running through my fingers. Oh no. My fingers prefer to be tucked inside the handles of scissors or to feel buttery soft keyboard keys. The ridges on the F and J of a keyboard feel like home.

I don’t know if I’m tapping into my inner child or losing my mind. Anyway, some of these are going in with letters for the Cottage Letters Mail Club. I’m sending out the slew of letters today for August. Buy on my website or at Etsy.

Oh, Janice, I remember when everything was crocheted. I am thinking about my sister's maxi-length crocheted vest, and yes, I am sure I remember crocheted bikinis, although I never saw anyone brave enough to get one wet.
